Big Spins Issue

What happened?

When using my first token for big spins I banked my credits, and then when I clicked the spin button it wasn't doing anything. I clicked a few more times and black screened. When I returned to the game my tokens were used up.

When did it happen?
Friday 15th of August 2025. 2AM BST.

Steps to reproduce

I did notice before I went into big spin that I bought some of the new medieval items and my wealth and xp didn't change. Once My game refreshed my XP and wealth had updated, but not my game tokens.

Steps: Spin Big wheel, banked 340 credits, clicked spin again, nothing happened, clicked spin a few more times and black screened.

What did you expect to happen?

The big spin to spin as normal.

I know that this happened to another player a few days ago.

Further Update: I went back onto my big spins and it had saved my previous spin and the credits were still available to bank. So I suppose it isn't really a bug, but confusing when going through it.
