You should make some items that can sell out after so many purchases. for example an item can have 100 copies and only the first 100 people can buy them. Whoever has one of the 100 copies has a unique "serial" number (i.e, 7/100, 56/100 etc.. Some collectors may go crazy for certain numbers like 1/100 or 69/69). Exactly how sports cards are manufactured.
